Sanjay has 25+ years of experience in finance, taxation, accounting, and compliance.

Prior to joining Paragon Partners, he worked at NIIF Infrastructure Finance, IDFC Alternatives, Blue River Capital, HBL Global (an associate company of HDFC Bank Limited), Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited (IL&FS) and Tata Finance Limited.

Sanjay is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Company Secretary, and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University.
